I anticipate a time in the near future when this convergence movement ends and people stop wanting one device to do absolutely everything for them. When that happens I imagine wanting a very simple, small, and reliable cell phone to cary around 24/7 and a larger tabletish device for email, web browsing, and media enjoyment when that it appropriate. This is that second device, though I am faithful to my do it all iPhone today, one day this multi item combination will make the most sense.
