Quote Post
The internet is becoming this thing where it’s just people trying to become successful on the internet by showing other people how to become successful on the internet.
Good quote, but I feel this more aptly describes Twitter than the general internet. Too many people have a fascination with the number of people following them and not the quality of the people following them. If a small business uses some of the current “follow finder” programs they will increase the number of followers, but it is doubtful these mass followers care about their company or their product. Projecting to your niche audience is the true reason to be on twitter – interacting with the people that actually care about what your saying and doing and will react to your tweets, whether with action of decisions influenced.
