Getting it done

Business Development at a new technology Startup usually means a lot of things. Right now, it means get it done. In the last couple days I have finished our webpage, created a company wide financial review and projections, and put together investor/partner presentation on an amazing new service/system that we will offer.

Over the last couple months - getting things done has meant staying up very late, coming in very early, and skipping things I wish I had time for (hanging out with friends, missing a day of a trip I wish I could be a part of, and especially going to Crossfit, which I should appologize to M as much as myself).

Times of happiness and accomplishment are few and far between. There is much more hustle, stress, and worry in startups and in my life. So, I just wanted to take a second to remind myself, the next time that I am going a little crazy from working long hours and not feeling like the world, let alone my company notices – good times do come, but you have to earn them. Now, get it done.
